Mary O'Connor - Managing Director
Mary is the Financial Director with the company. She is also head of Training and Development where she can put to use her vast teaching experience having spent 15 years with the Dept of Education
She works closely with the local Enterprise Board in developing all areas of:
- Computer Skills
- Business Management
- PAYE & V.A.T
- Computerised Accounts
- Employment Law
- Strategies for Growth
- Human Resources
She is also Chairperson of Border Midland West Skillnetts
And is a member of WIN [Women into the Network]
She ensures that all members of staff are given opportunities to improve their skills through the various Skillnet programmes which helps to boost confidence and improve leadership qualities.
She believes that the welfare of staff and clients are of paramount importance and that training, supervision and personal management are always a priority.
