- Employee Screening and Selection (all prospective employees are background checked)
- Training and Supervision (Safe Zone have two in-house trainers, both registered with the Security Institute of Ireland)
- Communications and Equipment - Officer accountability - "Patrol Monitoring System" installed on site to monitor patrols. Radios and mobile phones also provided.
- Management Response - (Safe Zone assigns a Manager to every client. That manager is on call 24/7 if at anytime they are needed)
